Ramp Up is a business development platform that, through a training program, aims to strengthen the management of Costa Rican SMEs with export or supply chain objectives. It provides personalized advisory services focused on the comprehensive development of business models based on the following key areas:
Finance: Financial analysis to enhance business performance, continuity, and growth.
Strategy: Optimization of internal processes and design of a value proposition suited for export or supply chain integration.
Corporate Governance : Professionalization of organizational structure and decision-making processes.
Sustainability: Development of engagement and communication strategies with key stakeholders to enhance business competitiveness.
We are looking for companies with market experience and the potential to place their products or services in international markets or integrate into local-exporting supply chains. To participate, companies must meet the following requirements:
Operate within PROCOMER’s strategic sectors for 2024: Services, Specialized Industry, Food, and Agriculture.
Either not export or have conducted exports (direct or indirect) of less than $12,000 in the past year.
Have a workforce of fewer than 99 employees or possess a PYME Certificate from MEIC.
Be registered with the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) and the Ministry of Finance.
Have all the necessary operating permits.
Have no commercial relationship with INA.
Comply with PROCOMER’s business creation definition.
Be legally constituted as a sole proprietorship or legal entity.
