SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA — Accudyn Products, Inc., a global leader in precision engineering and plastic injection molding, announced the official inauguration of its new manufacturing facility in Costa Rica. Strategically located in Evolution Free Zone, this expansion marks a key milestone in the company’s roadmap to strengthen its global supply chain and provide nearshoring solutions to partners in high-demand industries.
The launch of Accudyn Costa Rica stands out not only for its state-of-the-art infrastructure but also for its execution capabilities, setting a new benchmark in the regional industry. Following the completion of construction, the company finalized its transition to the new facility in November 2025. With exceptional operational agility, the team configured production lines and validated processes in record time, shipping its first commercial order by December 2025.

• Machinery park: Injection molding presses ranging from 20 to 500 tons, capable of processing complex engineering resins
• Industry 4.0 technologies: 3D scanning and printing capabilities for rapid prototyping and high-precision geometric validation
• Quality assurance: A dedicated metrology lab ensuring compliance with the most stringent international standards
• Integrated services: Tooling maintenance, specialized assembly, and value-added operations to optimize delivery times
Unlike traditional manufacturing plants, Accudyn Costa Rica has been designed under a modular and scalable architecture concept.
