Human Talent

How do we develop PROCOMER’s Human Talent Strategy?

PROCOMER’s Human Talent Strategy promotes business growth and foreign investment through prospecting studies and training programs. In alliance with training centers and public and private organizations, it trains professionals to meet business demand and link them with job opportunities, thus promoting economic development.

Key pillars of the strategy

This strategy is based on four work areas: prospecting and demand, training offer, attention to the needs of foreign trade companies, and inter-institutional cooperation.

Prospecting and demand

Prospection and analysis studies at the national and global level to anticipate labor market needs and identify the competencies and skills required in the future.

Mechanisms for the training of Human Talent

Incentives for the training of human talent o enable companies in the foreign trade sector to be better prepared to face the challenges of the domestic and international markets and ensure their long-term competitiveness.

Attention to companies in the foreign trade sector

Attention to the specific human talent needs of companies in the Definitive Regime and Free Trade Zone Regime. Coordination between the business sector and the country’s education system.

Inter-institutional cooperation

Collaboration between national and international partners to develop new training proposals and enhance the impact of current human talent programs.

Employability and Human Talent Strategy

PROCOMER actively collaborates in the creation and execution of the National Employability

The strategy was organized in four phases: diagnosis, definition of interventions, creation of the action plan, and its approval by the Employment Council and the Technical Secretariat of the National Employment System.
