The incentive for the development of human talent consists of a program focused on the development of technical skills that are in high demand by companies in the free trade zone regime. The program provides support in the structuring of training routes according to the needs of the companies and covers between 50% and 90% of the total cost of training.

Savings in reprocessing and staff training.
Increased specialization of human talent.
Participating companies have mentioned a reduction in production costs of $300 K, in addition to having improved their personnel turnover rates by 2% or more. The program has also allowed the specialization of personnel and even the opening of new lines of operation in Costa Rica.
