Heredia, February 6, 2024. Cohesity, a global leader in AI-powered data management and cybersecurity with its headquarters in California, United States, announced this morning the establishment of its inaugural office in Costa Rica, creating 25 new employment opportunities. With an investment of eight million dollars, the new office will be located at WeWork Cariari, in the C3 Corporate Center in Heredia. This strategic location will serve as a hub for driving the company’s growth in Latin America and provide support for its operations in the United States. “Costa Rica is a key destination for Cohesity’s success. The local talent and the country’s technological ecosystem are two fundamental factors supporting our growth and investment plans. We are excited about this new phase of the company and confident that, alongside Costa Rican talent, we will experience a successful expansion,” commented Pablo Arce, Senior Director and Country Leader of Cohesity Costa Rica. Currently, the company has 87 Costa Rican professionals who joined in 2023.
