The incentive for the development of human talent consists of a program focused on the development of technical skills that are in high demand by companies in the free trade zone regime. The program provides support in the structuring of training routes according to the needs of the companies and covers between 50% and 90% of the total cost of training.
To participate in the program you need to meet the following requirements:
To be part of the Free Trade Zone Regime
To be up to date with their labor obligations
To be up to date with their obligations before the Ministry of Finance
To be up to date with the payment of the Free Trade Zone fee
Submit your project proposals through the online platform. Projects will only be accepted if they are submitted with the information properly completed through the online form.
