The human talent development incentive is a program focused on developing high-demand technical skills for companies under the definitive regime. The program provides support in structuring training pathways based on the companies’ needs and can cover between 50% and 70% of the total cost of the training programs.
To participate in the program, you must meet the following requirements:
Any exporting company or one with export potential is eligible (Companies under the Free Trade Zone Regime are excluded)
Must have legal status (legal entity)
At least 3 years of experience in the production or commercialization of goods or services
Be up to date with employer-employee obligations
Be up to date with tax obligations before the Ministry of Finance
Operating permits must be current
Submit project proposals through the online platform. Only projects submitted with fully completed information via the online form will be accepted
